When I say I wish I could give them more than 5 stars is an understatement!!! Picked up my SUV today and I was in shock at how beautiful my baby looks! We had our truck for 11 months fresh off the lot in pristine condition before it was hit and our baby is back to pre-accident condition. It looks like it was never hit. I am in awe at the level of service Caliber provided at this frustrating time. I wish our baby had never been hit but goodness forbid if I’m ever in this situation again I will not hesitate to use this facility again! They kept us updated throughout the process and it was beyond smooth from start to finish! This will be our go to body shop from here on out. Special thanks to the entire staff!!
Wow, what a top-notch repair facility! Very professional throughout the entire process. They actually care about the customer experience and are not satisfied until you are completely happy. They made the repair process so easy and took care of everything including receiving the rental back when I arrived to pick up my truck. Highly recommended!

I’m very impressed with the customer service experience I received from Caliber Collison. They had my vehicle for almost a month and kept me updated through the process. There were minor issues after I received my vehicle back, and luckily Dominick and Team had no issues taking it back to the shop for repair. Thanks so much for making my Pho Runner look brand new again!
Absolutely fantastic people to work with. Dominick, Brandon and Seth, not only communicated everything with me during a month long repair to my BMW, they and their team went above and beyond to make my experience, and my repair far better than it looked before my accident.
