My truck was parked and got hit around New Year’s, and these guys made the whole process easy. Everyone was super friendly and kept me updated the entire time. The bumper and rear panel repairs came out great, honestly better than before. They even detailed the truck, which was an awesome surprise. It felt so good to have it back looking normal again. Highly recommend.
I had minor fender repairs to my Honda Ridgelime. Have used Tripp's in the past but my insurer wanted Caliber. Happy that I did. I think what pleased me most was the treatment I received from Joleana Marcy, a Service Advisor. She kept me updated on repairs the entire week+ that my vehicle was there and was always kind and attentive. Three cheers for Joleana. And to Caliber for a job well done.
Calliber Collision was awesome! I got hit by a deer (RIP doe) and my door was really messed up, along with my mirror, and the window. They were able to replace everything and kept me updated throughout the whole process! They even offered to pick me up when my car was ready if I didn't have a ride. 10/10. I hope I don't need a body shop again, but if I do I'll definitely be coming back to Calliber Collision.
I was very impressed when I picked up my car. I got into a fender bender and ripped off the entire front grill. I was a little nervous because my car is an unusual color and I wasn’t sure they would be able to match it perfectly but they did! They kept me informed every step of the way and delivered on time. They also cleaned my car interior before they gave it back to me! A+
