Unfortunately for us, this was our second time dealing with Caliber, after our cars being involved in accidents. Fortunately for us, they are FANTASTIC! Totally professional, courteous, the cars were delivered back to us on schedule and perfect. Highly recommend.

This is by far the auto body shop I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They called me when they picked up my truck and again once they had the needed parts and started working on it. My Jeep looks good

Will have to update once business is done with them but so far they have stayed in touch, been very transparent and great service. Hopefully my rogue will be done soon and I will get to rave about the beautiful work done too! Well, sadly part 2 will not glow quite like part one. I still maintain the service is above and beyond their customer service is great. The condition my car came back in looked great from the outside but instead of the new battery that I just bought months before the collision there was a very old battery that would not even have a hold of charge they had put in some fleet GPS straight wired to it too. Also there's seal damage left, my car is now leaking and raining water from around top of windshield that wasn't event broken in the wreck just likely knocked loose..

Did a really great job and delivered the car earlier than expected! Very quick service was able to take in my car and begin the process the same week the collision happened. Always kept me updated through the process. Would definitely recommend
