I had a great experience with Caliber Collision thanks to Dylan and the entire team. The service was timely, high-quality, and extremely professional. Dylan communicated with me every step of the way, which made the whole process stress-free. This location also made rental car drop-off and pickup incredibly easy. Dylan and the team truly went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle looked great when it left the shop. Highly recommend!

They were fantastic! I was informed of every step along the way. They took great care of my vehicle. They were caring, understanding, and very fair and reasonable. They were easy to work with. The work was premier. I couldn't tell my vehicle was ever in an accident. It looks brand new! I can't speak high enough praise of the job Caliber Collision has done! My appointment was scheduled on the wrong day. I requested a Tuesday The young lady wrote down a Thursday when I called to talk about it. I was told that I can bring the car in on the 24th but I will have to wait because there was several cars in front of me when I got there at 8 o’clock in the morning there was only one vehicle waiting in bay. There was no other car the customers they are waiting to be received so I wasn’t told the truth. They did accommodate me and Took my car in because I also had a rental scheduled the same day. plus I had already taken the morning off from work. and wasn’t able to make arrangement in such short notice with my job so I had to leave the car that day March 24.

This auto body shop is top notch! They did an amazing job on my wife’s car. Brandon kept us updated on everything. He is wonderful! Highly recommend!
