We just got our car back today. I am here to tell you. I am so very pleased with the work on our car they really did a great job on it. I mean my car really looks brand new. I just want to say thank you so much for all that you did.
Caliber collision went beyond my expectations. They fixed my car in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. Jesse and Matthew were very helpful and answered all my questions.
My husband stopped by the shop to see how much the cost would be to replace the outside door handle on our Toyota truck. We had the part. The employees were so kind! Customer service was beyond fantastic! When my husband asked how much the service would be, the gentleman said we owe him NOTHING! Can you believe this? We’re from California! No one does anything for FREE in California! We HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision, for all of your vehicle needs!
They did amazing with my car, kept me very well informed about pricing and updates on when it’d be ready for pickup. This is the second time in a little over a year I have had service done with them and I’ve had Jason both times. Excellent and consistent customer service both times now. Give that man a raise because I’ve been extremely happy with their service and kindness.
Great work and vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up! Great customer service, too! I've used them at least 3 times. They are excellent, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
