If you are in need of any minor or major vehicle collision repair, I highly recommend that you discuss your repair needs with Caliber Collision. Their services were exceptional and they were very timely in completing the repair items. The repairs were seamless in that they coordinated the repair estimate with my insurance company and also arranged for the delivery and pickup of a rental vehicle while the body shop repairs were being completed. We took our truck there after an accident and as a Farmers Insurance shop partner. We thought we were in for a quality job by a new shop, close to home. We did not get the service or repair we expected. Two-way tape(not joking) was their solution to hold my bumper onto the fender for one repair. Plenty of pre assumptions were made from the insurance adjuster and discounted by Caliber Collision. In waiting to speak to an advisor today, I was not the only person in with this complaint- not surprised at all.
