Caliber Collision

I am very happy with the work that was done on my vehicle! Yamil was awesome at explaining what was going to be done and all the steps that would be taken throughout the process. The communication was great being able to have updates through the weeks leading up to the finish. I even got my car back a week before the estimated date. I will definitely use caliber collision if I ever need body work done again!!

If I could leave 1.5 I would. The 1.5 is for the communication which was pleasant and finished when I was told it was. Jokes on me because they put an after market part on my brand new car. My backup camera sensors popped out a week later. Than I brought back to get fixed and told me it was fixed and shouldn’t happen again if it does bring it back. Well very next day pops out again and now the other side. I drive maybe 3 miles a day, this should not happen. After getting back in touch with the insurance company who was helpless as well I had to ask for supervisors of the insurance company to tell collision caliber to get me the manufactured bumper for my car which logically should have been done from the start. Now I have to take my car back and not have it even longer when this all could

Great place to have your car worked on. Val was especially helpful and explained all the work that was completed, and my car was waxed/washed and detailed before being returned. It looks and runs great!! They have a great setup with a local car rental place too, so it was very convenient.

Could not be happier with the work preformed by Val on my Acura. Got it back faster than I expected and looking like a brand new car. Hope I never need to use them again, but in the event I do, they will be my first choice. Highly recommend!

Called the other day and spoke to Maggie about booking an appointment. She was extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends because of her.
