Caliber Collision did an amazing job. I was the main contact for the repair process and they let me know how things were going. I would rate them a 10/10 for their customer satisfaction repair quality. The customer service was perfection. My vehicle was ready 3 days early! I was kept informed the entire way. My car was super clean when I got it back. I would recommend them every time. I didn't need any additional work done after the repairs were made.

I brought the vehicle in with some damage to the bumper, but it came back with paint damage. The excuse was that the paint was cheap, but I bought this car brand new from the dealership. Now I'm going to file a civil complaint to get it repaired. They're definitely not trustworthy to do business with.

Caliber on Prarie is AMAZING!!! The customer Service from the front desk to the gentleman that assisted me thru the entire process was superb! So friendly, very helpful and kept us up to date with everything that was being done. And most importantly my car looks brand new!!!

Best place to send your car and they have locations everywhere. Great customer service and awesome communication. My car was returned FULLY repaired with a complimentary car wash.
