Go somewhere else. I was recommended to them my aaa and I regret it. The process wasn't the most professional or buttoned up. They kept trying to get a $500 deductible when I kept saying my insurance had it waived. They ordered parts that were damaged and incorrect that pushed back my vehicle being in the shop. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up. By the next day the fender was coming off and noticed paint damage issues on the hood and top of vehicle. Looks like something got on the paint (dust maybe) or whatever they used to to cover the vehicle before they painted it. Left the paint with major damage. Extremely disappointed at this point and taking it back in the morning to resolve issues. I'll add a review after visit for update on how well they take care of the issues.... So th

Z and Lisa were incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. They took care of updating me on the maintenance, scheduling the pickup and drop-off of my rental car, and even accommodated my late pick-up due to working late and commuting. The repair was completed before the scheduled date, which was a huge relief. They made everything easy and hassle-free. Thank you both!

Doing some rear suspension work (shock replacement) because guess what wasn’t replaced after wheel being hit directly. My rear subframe was replaced and the wrong hardware was used on the right side and also wrong length on my left side. Not allowing the locking part of the nut to engage, see photos. They reused the axel nuts and that’s a big freaken no. My kids primarily ride in this vehicle with my wife. What kind of quality control is this?

I had to have my vehicle repaired due to damage that was caused by a coyote jumping over the center divider on the freeway. Caliber did a very nice job. Their customer service was top notch. I really appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They made a stressful situation easy. After the repairs were done, they also had noticed my battery was low and not keeping a charge. They took it to the dealer for me. It was under warranty so the dealer replaced it. Caliber picked up my vehicle once it was ready. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired.

The staff at Caliber were friendly, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way during the repair process. They did great work and had my vehicle ready way earlier than expected.
