I just dropped off my car at Caliber in Highland. IN. Had a super, positive experience. Sherri at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. She clearly explained the process and called the rental car agency for me. She introduced me to Amanda who is handling my claim, also very nice and thorough. The shop is clean, and as a 1st time customer, I felt real good about leaving my car there. Looking forward to a great repair. Customer service is top notch. Thank you, ladies.

Very pleased with my experience with this vendor. Every staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Repair was done on time and came out very well as expected. They also coordinate with the car rental company which was very convenient for their clients. Would highly recommend this shop.
