II dropped my 2016 Toyota Tacoma off on November 21, the expected completion date was December 12. It was delayed for a part to December 16. I went there that Friday, they were having their Christmas party and it wasn't finished at 2:30. I paid my deductible, and asked if they could leave the keys inside and I would pick it up on Saturday. Picked it up and the work looked good. I got in and drove it and the steering was facing to the 10 o'clock position. I then pulled off to the right and the car felt like it dove to the left. I got out and looked at the shock and it was clearly not replaced, and there was still deer hair. I literally left the parking lot and came back, dropped it off and put my keys back in the thing and needed an alignment in a shock as far as I was concerned. They didn’

I really am very happy with the service at caliber collision. They had great customer service. They kept me informed every step of the repair on my car. The repairs got done earily. And my car was very clean and the repairs was done very professionally. They answered all the questions that I had for them. They even got back to me very quick for questions asked and quotes I asked about my car. I would definitely give them 5 stars. Thank you all so much.

My experience at Caliber was great. They were quick with my repairs and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I was surprised to find my car washed and cleaned up upon pickup. Excellent service!
