Miguel(Mike) and his team at Hollywood took great care of my car and myself. Their app kept me informed of cost, details, and time-frame of when my car would be ready. They did an excellent job! Highly recommend.

Everyone at this location was very friendly. I was not expecting my car to be ready in such a short time. It was expected to be completed by March 10 (3 weeks) and it was completed by February 28th (10 days). They kept me informed and my questions were answered in a timely manner. Marcus at Calliber Collision was a hit to work with. They kept me informed daily through a text system, of the progress of my Mercedes after I wrecked it and my insurance company asked me to try them instead of the dealer. Once they told me the work comes with a lifetime guarantee I was on board. So happy I went with them. I did extensive axel damage so my estimated pickup date was 2/3 weeks out, but I got my car back in good as new condition after only a week and a half. She runs great and they even detailed it for me. Very nice and friendly crew and I haven’t had any issues with my car at all since. Thank you and definitely recommend them!

The staff was extremely nice. Betty was very welcoming and made you feel like you were in the right place for your vehicle repair. Dave was great he assessed my vehicle and notice damage I didn’t. Dave kept me informed and was very helpful. I end up having to return my vehicle due to issues I didn’t notice upon picking up my vehicle because I wasn’t well. Three days after picking up my vehicle and finally looking at it, I notice the trunk and back wasn’t leveled and the vehicle was low. I called back about the issues and was told to bring my vehicle back and did so immune to wait 3 days with no response as to what was going on with my vehicle. I called and spoke with Leo who stated they noticed it was a problem but wasn’t sure if it was from the accident where my precious representative ha

At the beginning, there was a small hiccup, which is understandable, but throughout the process, I was kept updated on the progress of my repair. I had a few questions about the timeline and completion of the vehicle, and my advisor, Francisco, was always there to assist and provide clear updates. By the end, everything was handled professionally, and I truly appreciated the communication and support I received.
