Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing my car! I took it in on 12/1 and just got it back this morning 12/16 which was sooner than expected. They did an incredible job. My car feels brand new on the outside and the inside since they cleaned and freshened it up on the inside as well! The staff was very nice. I highly recommend this location.

Decent shop, used to be John's auto body before Caliper purchased the building it is located in the middle of scenic nowhere next to interstate 55 so it is a bit noisy. It isn't as nice as the five star facility in Arnold and refreshments are lacking, only thing you get is bottled water and desk jar candy but in typical Caliper fashion they do good work, I paid for my repair out of pocket which most people don't do because they can't afford it. They were able to repaint my decklid and install a new spoiler that I provided The estimate process was different due to me paying for services out of pocket and was somewhat confusing, a lot of the things on the estimate didn't apply. When my boyfriend hit a deer it did a lot of damage to our car and I was worried insurance wouldn't pay for it They recommended Calber Collision and I was impressed from the beginning. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I received regular updates on the progress of the repairs. My car was ready a week earlier than promised. They even washed and vacuumed the car! I will be sure to recommend your business to anyone who needs it!

After a rear end collision, I dropped my truck off for repair on a Tuesday. The work was completed and I picked up my truck that Friday. The work was expedient, the communication and updates from the shop was great, and the work was done well. My truck looked new upon picking it up. Karen and Danielle were very communicative and transparent through the whole process. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The only reason I selected not sure on pricing is because the other parties’ insurance paid for the repair, but I was shown an itemized bill and feel it was a fair price for the work accomplished and the service provided.

My car was done early and it looked absolutely beautiful. When I bought the car, it had some key marks on the side and now it doesn’t. It looks like a brand new car and they detailed the interior which was just a plus because I will be very honest it was a bit of a mess when we dropped it off. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I went to the imperial location and Phil and Karen are absolutely amazing to work with.
