Caliber Collision

I had a windshield replaced, the first appointment was canceled as I was driving into the collision center. I was scheduled the next day. After the windshield was replaced I saw shards of glass in my console and seats. I then realized they had completely scratched my face plate for my temperature controls. My car is a 2025, 5 months old. Is this how you complete a job? No respect for the customers vehicle? I called the 800 number and started a work order to get this fixed this was on 2-17. The main thing to know here is there is no manager available in Tulsa, you are dealing with someone in Texas. It’s been mostly on me calling and following up and I’m still waiting to get my car fixed. If you want a company that has your best interest at the forefront pick another company.

Absolutely horrible workmanship. I only went to Caliber based on reviews and I wholeheartedly regret the decision. I have certified paperwork that will back up every claim I am about to make if the photos are not enough to convince you NOT to bring your vehicle here. I was rear-ended on HWY 75 at 10-15mph. The damage was very minor. Bumper wrap, defuser, some internals that fasten it to the car, passenger side exhaust was bent and supposedly a damaged sensor, trunk lid was pushed up and in a little. Nothing major! As you can see from the photos, the trunk was partially repaired but the taillight does not line-up.
