At first I was a bit surprised by the high estimate, but they came to the rescue and were able to work with me to lower the price. I told them what I wanted fixed and they focused on that rather than every detail. My dented car door was all I needed fixed, they ordered a replacement and got the new door on, color matched it perfectly (Amazing Paint job, can’t tell the difference at all) to the car so I didn’t have to pay for a full paint job. On top of that, initial ETA was two weeks! They cut it down to 4 days and I had my car back before the weekend! Thank you Caliber Collision for fixing our “Phoenix” (Fiery Red 2014 Ford Fusion with Eco Boost), we adore our car and are so glad it was taken care of by true professionals. And as others have said, they give you a complimentary car wash. P

DONT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Arrived to pick up my father's truck from them for an insurance claim for an accident found the truck to be left wide open. Also they had completely lost the keys and fob for the truck and come to find out that the estimate has two or three things on it that are completely Incorrect and improper for the truck. Trying to replace the whole passenger door and there's nothing wrong with it. Also trying to replace a control arm that has nothing wrong instead of replacing the lift kit gussets and doing an alignment the proper way they want to leave bent gussets and replace a control arm that has nothing wrong and do an alignment to the truck will forever be misaligned and broken. Great work by Caliber Collesion. I was updated every few days by Christina on the status of the repairs. And the repairs were completed earlier than I expected. Thank you delivering my SUV (clean & detailed) to my driveway, because I was out of town. Highly recommend!

Caliber Collison did a great job after our new car was rear-ended by another driver. They communicated extremely well throughout the process. They finished by the estimated date and you can't tell repair work was done. While we hope to never need body work again, life and accidents happen. We will definitely choose Caliber Collision if we have to choose a body shop again one day.
