The customer service was incredible!!!! From the time I called to set up appointment, to me dropping the car 🚘 off and picking it back up. Even made sure my rental was there when I dropped my car off so I wasn’t without a car. But the best part was the communication throughout the whole process of my car getting fix. Provide me updates every single step of the way. Mike and the team was amazing and I can’t remember her name but the lady in the front who was from Cali just gave me so much reassurance that I was in good hands. Thanks girl your great hope to see you when I’m in your city. Most definitely will be recommending them to everybody. Thanks so very much. My baby is back on the road and better than ever. Brought the car to Caliber Collision on Progressive's recommendation. The work was originally estimated to take two weeks. We didn't receive our car for two MONTHS. Communication was lousy, mostly updates like "your vehicle will be ready Thursday" followed by a message on Thursday like "your vehicle will be ready Tuesday." Additionally, the shop attempted to foot a $300 bill for a dead battery. Our battery wasn't dead when we drove it to the shop. It is now the shop's responsibility, I don't know what the level of care was for my car and its battery while it was in the shop for TWO MONTHS. But I can make an educated guess on the quality of care given the negligible care up until that point. Luckily Progressive agreed with us and the bill was dropped from us. There was clearly some hard fee
