We were kept informed of the progress by text. The end result was perfect. They made it so easy from getting our car rental and returning it, to picking up our car. Very accommodating, communication throughout the entire process and estimated time of completion was amazing. My support contact Judy, was phenomenal. And they even transport you to the car rental every 20 to 30 minutes. They also allow you to leave the rental car there and drive home. This was my first experience with them...I have to say well done!!! Customer Service is A+++++.
