Caliber Collision

If I could give them minus 5 stars, I would. The repair to our car should have been an easy one as it was minor damages. Yet, Caliber Collision lack of attention to detail left us speechless. Let's start with the most obvious. This was a minor fender bender with no damage to suspension, engine nor ac or any other systems. We brought the car for an in person estimate and then we repeat this step with pictures via online as well. The first line of you know what was that the vehicle had frame damage. That was a lie. No picture was ever produced and remember, no damage was done to suspension, wheels, tires, engine, transmission, etc. But Caliber Collision used the oldest trick on the book. Caliber Collisions at the US-29 Lawrenceville, GA location does a fantastic job at taking care of the customers and their vehicles. Maicor is such a professional, caring, and hardworking Service Advisor. Their automotive tech team is also incredible. Someone side swiped my car on my passenger side and they did such an amazing job that you cannot even tell there was an accident. They kept in constant communication with me about my car. If I was busy at work and could not answer the phone, they left me a voicemail and a text message. They made sure I was being communicated about the status of my car, where it was in repairs, and what was happening with it. Caliber Collisions even finished my car early. The estimated repair was suppose to be done by March 10th. They got it done March 6th &

Caliber Collision kept me informed throughout the repair process. Staff were extremely courteous and professional. When I picked up my truck on yesterday, 11/18/25, it had the appearance of a new truck. I truly adore the work performed on my vehicle by Caliber Collision staff. I would rate them 1000 on a 100 scale. I’m extremely satisfied with their work.

The customer service I received as soon as I walked through the door was amazing. I had a minor vent that was broken on my bumper, and Maicor fixed it quickly and free of charge. I would definitely go back again for any more damages.
