I had a great experience with this Caliber Collision location. From the very beginning during the preliminary estimate, the staff were professional, patient, and transparent about the repair process. While my car was in the shop, they consistently provided timely updates on the repair progress, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I also had quite a few questions along the way, and the team was always kind and willing to answer everything clearly and thoroughly. When I picked up my car, I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair work. The vehicle looked great, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and communication from the team. H

From day 1 to the last day they kept me informed and updated. Every step was a quick call or text to say hey this is where we are, this is what we’re doing, and it was so nice to be kept in the loop. When I finally got my car back she looked brand new! They even gave her a bath inside and out and made her look perfect. Everyone was so nice and wonderful. 10/10 experience! And while I hope I never have to see them again, if I do, I know my car will be in good hands!

Absolutely ecstatic with how the process went with my vehicle. Check in process was quick and smooth. I was explained the entire process very thoroughly. The painter did a fantastic job, paint matches the rest of the vehicle perfectly. They even cleaned and detailed my car. She practically looks brand new!

Recently had some body work done on my car and would highly recommend this shop. From drop-off to pick-up, the experience was seamless. Communication with Colleen was outstanding and made the entire process far less stressful. The entire office was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend them.

They did a nice job repairing my wife's car after she hit a deer, a few months ago, and just looked at my car after I realized the front bumper was hanging out on passenger side, showed me where a clip broke and put it back together at no charge this afternoon. Good people and good shop from my experience! I would definitely use them for any future auto body work...
