I recently had my car repaired at caliber collision. They are absolutely 💯 amazing. They did a wonderful job on my car . Everyone there is very friendly. Kara was the person I was assigned too and she was amazing as well. She kept me informed every step of the way and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place to handle all of your car repair needs.
Dropped off my truck for repair after a hit and run. They worked well with insurance (USAA) and had my vehicle ready to go within a week. They also took the time to clean the exterior and interior, which was nice and unexpected. It felt like I was driving a new vehicle off the lot. The overall experience with their team was top-notch and would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.
Caliber is the only place I will go for car repairs. Their work is quality, the employees are kind and efficient, and communication is consistent. I received text message updates as work progressed. My car was finished early. The kindest gesture was when the manager accommodated my schedule by coming in on a Sunday to let me pick it up and turn in my rental car. She went above and beyond. Excellent service!
Dropped my Toyota Camry SE 2022 at Calliber collision for repair of a small roof dent and a paint scuff on the roof and trunk spoiler. Prior to repairs, the trunk had no issues with alignment between the latch and striker and it was closing normally. After receiving the car from shop, the trunk was hitting the striker and not latching/closing well. It seems that misalignment of trunk happened after replacing the spoiler. Went back to the shop and had a simple request from technician which is to realign trunk as it used to be prior to the repairs. I received the car back and instead of realigning the trunk, he just bent the striker to the left which does not address the actual problem.
