My experience was great! Ahmad was my service advisor and he went over the top with ensuring my car was efficiently repaired. I had mild damage to the back of my vehicle and when repair was completed it looked like new! I am very pleased with my overall experience and I would definitely return for any other services needed for my vehicle.

I feel like I was ripped off of a process that should have been streamlined and easy. There is training that is needed by Ashley B. and the front desk staff that do the intake of the vehicles and her ability to deliver the type of customer that I considered Caliber Collision Lilburn to have, she is not qualified. Her crass responses and overtalking is not good customer service etiquette and it demoralizes the integrity of the company to continue to staff her. I will never take any vehicle here despite the mixed reviews I’ve seen on line, I will refer to other collision repair companies, and I suggest people do the same.
