A palm tree husk landed on my New car and I was recommended to come to Calibor Collision for the repairs through my insurance. I just have to say the staff the technician Robert amazing customer service! Five stars all the way around. They kept me informed all the way through the process. Robert made sure he took his time, but also made sure that the process didn’t take way too long as he knew that was my only vehicle. The receptionist was so sweet amazing I rate her five stars. I had a great experience with Jack at Caliber. He was able to fix my car quickly and efficiently. A lot of places will overcharge or tell you that you need something when you don't. I felt that Jack and his staff were honest, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this location and would go back.

I just picked up my car from here on December 15th, 2025. I have to say this is the only Caliber Collision that hasn't been a complete hassle for me. I ended up having my estimate done with someone named Robert, and decided to get my car done here. He arranged for me to get a ride from the local Enterprise that they work with on Brand boulevard in Glendale it's very close to the shop, and when the car was done, I was allowed to leave the rental and drive away with my repaired car. Robert notified me of everything that needed to be done, as I waited to get my car back. I am very happy with the work and I was treated with the utmost respect every time I came in. What an awesome job this shop does on my car every time I come in. I had consulted other shops, and the time they told me it would take to fix my car was insane. I ended up towing my car to this shop, and they fixed my car on time and did an amazing job. Every time I come here, the front desk staff is very friendly, the energy is great, and the place is always decorated for the season.
