I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The repair process was smooth, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition, looking like new. I would especially like to mention the manager, Chris, who did an outstanding job. First of all, the team in Lynnwood are A1, top notch excellent people. Now, my car had not been fully and properly repaired at Caliber Colision in SLC, Utah where the accident happened. The Lynnwood location, where I live, handled the warranty repair. When I got home and took a closer look the gap on the right of the trunk side popped out. I measured the gap on both sides I found a very significant difference. Add to that the trunk door now also has a loose panel... not firmly attached. My car had been hit in a parking lot, hit and run, I had to pay $1000 out of my own pocket for the deductable. I am frustrated, as through no fault of my own I am left after two "repairs" from CC, with my car still not right. Call me old-fashioned but I firmly believe that after paying $1000 out of pocket

We highly recommend Caliber Collision. I have been to a few repair shops over the years and Caliber by far is the best. Their customer service was amazing. Jen and Diana both did an amazing job and made sure we were happy with our repairs. We had a couple of issues which were addressed and fixed very quickly. Some of the best customer service we have seen in years!
