Very quick, It was estimated 2-3 weeks but was done in 3 days! Great service, got it back better than before! They even cleaned the car inside and out, gave it a good wax finish. 10/10 would recommend, definitely my first go-to choice in the Macon-Bibb area!
Tyler at Caliber Collision was absolutely great to work with. He was very informative throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything being done. Customer service like his really makes a difference, especially when dealing with the stress of car repairs. He was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. *EDITED TO UPDATE* Imagine my surprise to actually get a response from the "please reach out to us" generic reply! Those almost ALWAYS go unanswered. But, they reached out to see what they could to make things better, I did have an issue with 2 doors, after handling the first issue, she immediately told me to come back in so they could address the door issues. While I did take the time to talk about my issues for this review, I wasn't quite expecting any further interaction. But, they handled both issues in a very timely manner with smiles on their faces.
