Caliber Collision

The Customer service at the Enterprise office was great. I've been renting cars from Enterprise for 17 years, keep up the great work.

This location was great. Rufo was attentive to my concerns to ensure all issues were addressed after a neighbor backed into my vehicle the 2nd day of my moving to Texas. All the staff were kind, welcoming & hospitable. Every staff that walked past me in the lobby took time to greet me & offer water or coffee despite the receptionist already doing that. Also, they kept me informed with the progress throughout the week long process for my repairs. The paint job was a great blend, my door looked like new. I've dealt with Caliber Collision in California as well, they weren't as attentive, informative & welcoming, however, they still did great work which is why I requested my neighbor's insurance use them for my repairs. I would recommend.

Extremely satisfied with Caliber Collision. Rufo and the team at Mansfield,TX kept me in the loop with constant and consistent updates on the repair status of my vehicle. He understood how much my pickup meant to me and did everything he possibly could to put it back to better than even before my incident. Overall extremely satisfied! My pickup looks wonderful!

After a very poor experience at a different S Arlington Caliber Collision on Cooper, our insurance agent recommended we go get our car and take it to this particular Caliber Collision in Mansfield. Our interaction at this location was Fantastic!! They had our vehicle done a week early, two weeks total, and did a beautiful job! Too bad not all Caliber Collisions are as good as this one.

I stopped in Caliber because I needed help with my door. It would not close. Rufo Calderon help me out. He came out to my car to check on way it wouldn’t close. He fixed it quickly and was gentlemen!! Very nice and courteous. Thank you Rufo you are a keeper!!
