I came to caliber collision to get my vehicle replace under my insurance. I was referred to the company. And I was having naomi handle my claim. She was by far the meaning of going above and beyond and amazing. I was stressing because I just had the car for a couple months and was going back home for Christmas. I stressed how I wanted to take it home for Christmas. She did literally everything in her power to make that happen for me and it meant literally the world and made my Christmas/ holiday. She was absolutely amazing I would recommend her and this location to any and everyone I know in Georgia

Albeit an unfortunate situation that put me at Caliber Collision, my service advisor, Mikko C., worked tirelessly to provide the best experience possible. After dining at C&S Seafood (Galleria on the Park location), an Eagle Parking valet attendee wrecked my vehicle in the parking garage while in the process of returning my vehicle to me. The valet driver hit a parking bollard and damaged the entire driver’s side of my new BMW (Shout out to CCPD for responding promptly, yes it was that bad). The customer service I received from intake to pick-up was very professional and Mikko consistently ensured stellar response time to my emails! Wow! Just had the most positive experience from start to finish with Naomi at Caliper Collision. The initial quote was competitive and very easy to obtain. Naomi was professional and friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable as everything she described in terms of what was required and the estimated timeframe was spot on. Caliper kept us updated with regular posts as to the status of the repair. The only surprise was a pleasant one in that the actual cost came in a few hundred less than the original estimate. The car looked amazing and the pick up process took less than 10 minutes. We could not have dreamed of a more pleasant experience. This is my go to place for any future repairs I might ever have. Excellent customer service!!! I took my car in the Cobb Pkwy service center to get a quote on my mirror that was scratched. Naomi Lambert greeted us warmly and took a look at the damage. She said wait here and returned with some cleaner and rags and within minutes my mirror looked brand new. (A minor scratch on the bottom which I can live with!). She said replacing the whole mirror would have cost thousands. I was so grateful for her honest and quick response to the situation. I will seek out Caliber Collision again when needed and will certainly recommend them. Thank you Naomi Lambert for your professionalism and awesome customer service!!!
