A few years ago the front and back end of my car was severely damaged. I bought it brand new and only had it just a few months! I took it to caliber and they fix it like new!!! I was very pleased! They are the best! They take pride in their work and service to their customers. They are always my first choice when it comes to my vehicle!
Work was good and communication on status of vehicle repair was good. However, I was not talked to about the $1000 deductible to get it repaired. I should have been notified up front about that.
Caliber in McComb went above and beyond for both of my accidents. Appointments, body work, customer service, rental help, updates, fast turnaround…10 out of 10 recommend.

Caliber Collison had my full attention and approval from the day I walked in the door. The facility is SPOTLESS, I mean it's literally squeaky clean, I walked in with no waiting because the staff was already in contact with my insurance company expecting my arrival. My personal car care representative understood how not having my car was upsetting, so he assured me that he would get my car back to me as fast as possible. The quality and speed of my auto repair was A-1. No more peeling paint on the hood. Also, my trunk closes like before the accident. The customer service was great- very friendly. They kept me aware of the stage of my repair. The paint job was super, shines like new and matches the untouched lower areas perfectly. The car was returned to me clean- inside and out. I was very pleased! I only wish I could have gotten the entire car painted! ❤️
