Caliber Collision

Had someone back into my van recently, damaging the back hatch door. Caliber in Yelm came highly recommended by several friends. They were totally correct! Friendly service, great communication keeping me posted every step, delivered my van repaired slightly ahead of schedule. Great work, the van looks good as new! I’d use them again and recommend them with no hesitation!

This was a great place to take my vehicle to be fixed under my insurance. It was a recommendation by my insurance not only were they timely and accommodating to my schedule, they had a rental car ready when I got there and made sure that I was informed of all the changes and all the timelines to receive my vehicle back. Update: my car was in an accident shortly after repairs were finished and since Geico was also contracted with them i was able to return

If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with Caliber Collision has been nothing short of unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in for a simple estimate, and before any real inspection was done, the shop pushed repair authorization paperwork in front of me. I clearly told them — verbally — that I was not authorizing repairs, only teardown for estimating purposes. Despite that, staff later claimed they had already “painted” parts of my car without my consent and then attempted to use that to justify refusing to release my vehicle. For the record: No full inspection or teardown had even occurred. No revised estimate was provided. Caliber performed or claimed to perform repairs I did NOT approve. They attempted to hold my vehicle and prevent me from picking it up. Manage

My car is currently being fixed here. My insurance almost sent me to a terrible shop and so glad I was able to find them. Angelica has been amazing. Great communication. Another gentleman assured me but didn’t get his name. He was awesome too. This is my first time having a car repaired and I was nervous about the process but they’ve been amazing. Got a link to updates as well as text updates. I do appreciate that. Can’t wait to pick up the car knowing it’s been in good hands.

Amazing! They are in top of their game. I received daily text messages about my car & I loved that. Taylor is absolutely outstanding! She made the whole process easy!
