He kept me informed throughout the process and made everything easy and stress-free. The final work was excellent, and I’m very happy and completely satisfied. I highly recommend this place. This place is absolutely amazing, I was sent here by my insurance company after an accident and was serviced immediately. The process from beginning to end was effortless, very detailed, and customer service friendly from Front Desk to the person who was assigned to my car (Omar). Aside from that I would like to personally thank Omar he was nothing but professional and kept me updated about my car throughout the entire process!! I highly recommend here but of course make sure you have an appointment for a fast and efficient service!! My car looks brand new and I absolutely love it !!

I had no issue with the repair. Everything was done with efficiency and completed in a timely manner. I appreciated the frequent updates about the repairs. The repair was completed on time for pick up. I would definitely recommend coming here if in need of any repairs.

I had a great experience. Every time I call, the gentleman at the front desk answers promptly and helps me with my questions. I really appreciated it and made me feel like I was in good hands. The communication between the person handling my case, Giovani was also great and professional. The manager Brandon was also super helpful when returning my car. My vehicle has been sitting there for a month with no progress. I was told the mechanical aspect would be addressed by another facility because they don’t do mechanical work only body shop and that would take approximately 2 weeks. I was okay with that assessment until the very next day the adjuster from my insurance company called to say the mechanical aspect is deemed wear and tear although the shop had not had the vehicle for 24 hours so how were they able to make such an assessment especially when they only specialized in bodywork. I had a link to check the progress but they broke 3 estimated completion dates. I was told the windshield required replacement but the two side mounding would cost me an additional $500 on top of my $500 deductible with a total cost of $1000 dollars. I purch
