Caliber Collision

Someone ran into my daughter‘s car and we decided to take it to Caliber collision on Grove Road for the repairs. They provided us with exceptional service and the repair work was beautifully done. Kudos to Dustin who was kind and personable and super communicative.

Kevin provided excellent service. He was professional, attentive, and the repair was done well. My only concern was the wait time, as the repair took longer than expected. I would also recommend having at least one Spanish-speaking staff member available. There is a large Latino community, and offering service in Spanish would be a great addition for a business of this size. Overall, a good experience.

Special shout out to Dustin & Kevin — thorough communication and very knowledgeable in basically any accident scenario. They are so pleasantly personable, they feel like family! Not to mention, out of all of the other local locations, this shop was the only one that could take on my car within a week of my accident. I had to wait a minimal of 1 month for any other shop to have space and time available. For any of your auto body repair needs, I highly recommend this location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision (Grove Location). The whole process was smooth, the staff kept us informed about progress of our repairs and always responded to my questions. We appreciated how rental was handled too. Our car looks great and was returned to us very clean. If there is ever a need, we would return or recommend this repair shop to our friends and family.

I brought my car in because the bumper was hanging off in a way that felt… unsafe. At other shops, this somehow turned into inside jokes, side conversations, and that fun realization that I was the joke. I don’t know anything about cars, and apparently that showed. At Caliber Collision, they diagnosed it as a bumper repair and walked me through the process. They explained everything calmly and respectfully. Did I fully understand the procedure? Absolutely not. I nodded along and trusted the process. But they were patient the entire time and never made me feel dumb for not knowing. They fixed the bumper, painted it, lined everything back up, and my car looks normal again — which is really all I wanted. More importantly, they treated me with respect and professionalism from start to finish
