Caliber Collision

They really did do great work. My vehicle looked as if I had never been in an accident and I was in constant communication with those working on my vehicle via text message letting me know of any additional repairs or issues with the insurance. It made it really easy to be able to schedule having to return the car rental, would definitely recommend them.

My insurance directed me to this location. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and courteous. My van was done and done well prior to the quoted time. They handled communication with my insurance. I did not have to make any phone calls. They kept me updated via text. I was not in the dark at any point in time. I was very happy with the outcome!

Brought my NC Miata in for a fender repair after someone tore it off in a parking lot. It came back a couple weeks later looking good as new. Staff were all super friendly and professional. The damage wasn’t structural, and they took care not to over-estimate so my insurance wouldn’t total it over something silly. I did notice it has a slight case of heterochromia now, as the new driver’s side headlight silver piece is matte where the old one on the passenger side is shiny, but it’s not really noticeable. Overall I’m very pleased with their work and would definitely go there again if I need another body repair. Many thanks to them for taking such good care of her!

Poor customer service- Choose this shop over other choices due to the high ratings. I showed up today and was turned away because this place is "not able to get parts to service your vehicle". I asked a few clarifying questions no problem and here is the part that sealed my review, I asked "So why couldn't you have called me this AM to tell me that so I didn't have to take off work and drive down there." And I received no answer, just a stare. I kept looking at the person expecting something more but never got anything. Never really had a chance to see/confirm the quality work they do. Just poorly handled professionalism and customer service.

Thanks Joe and the team for the amazing work! Great communication. They were quick and did a quality job fixing my car up!
