The repair on my 2022 Toyota Prius was completed quickly and expertly. The friendly professionalism of the staff was outstanding. My car was returned to me cleaner and in better shape than when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on the N EasternBlvd.

Caliber Collision had my car from December 11, 2025 to January 16, 2026 for an insurance collision claim, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The entire time I was given excuses instead of progress — workers were sick, they only had one painter, etc. Meanwhile, my car just sat there. Despite having my vehicle for over a month, they didn’t even bother to coordinate a windshield replacement while it was already in their possession. Completely unacceptable. To top it off, the Friday before a major holiday, they called me at around 4:00 PM to say my car was ready and that they closed at 5:00 PM. Very unprofessional. These guys are the top tier of customer support and performance professionals when it comes to the automotive industry. I have been all over the country during my career and unfortunately accidents do happen. During those times in the past the last thing you want to worry about is issues with your service provider and it can be rough. This team has fully impressed me with their service and customer service. I would be doing a disservice to not recommend them to everybody in need of their assistance.
