I was sent here through Progressive for an insurance claim, and I gotta say, Caliber Collision was an amazing experience. Extremely friendly staff. They keep you informed through the process. Their work was fantastic, and they returned my car on the day they promised. Great job team.

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. Chad and his team were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire repair process. Their communication was excellent—they kept me well informed with consistent updates on my vehicle, which made the whole experience stress-free. Although the insurance covered the repairs, their pricing seemed very reasonable. Best of all, my car looks brand new! We’re very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of quality auto repair.

I had had some unfortunate circumstances with a brand-new vehicle. I feel very lucky to have been able to have my vehicle restored back to its original state by the amazing team at this caliber location. I would like to specifically call out Jess and Amy. They both went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure that my mind was at ease, and that we all left happier than we had arrived. Amy did an amazing job delivering a phenomenal customer service experience. Their communication was top-notch, while I hope to not have to come back to Caliber for any reason anytime soon. Caliber did an awesome job on my Honda minivan. I couldn't tell it had ever been hit when I got it back. They texted me updates throughout the process, and they dealt with the other guy's insurance on my behalf. I'd absolutely bring another vehicle here (even though I hope I never have to)!
