I walked in without an appointment, Eric and his team were quick to find the issue with my car and were able to fix it up in just half an hour. I picked up my vehicle and was less than a mile from their shop when my daughter and I noticed a chip on my windshield that appears to have been improperly repaired. There is a visible resin repair circle around the chip, with a resin trail extending from the chip, and a rough spot on the chipped glass that can be felt by touch. I immediately turned around and headed back to the shop. The manager confronted me in a hostile and disrespectful manner, telling me that I did not know my own car and instructing me to “learn my car”. He raised his voice at me in front of my child, creating a highly intimidating and unprofessional environment.
