Caliber Collision

Fast service accommodation for a fender bender with a small tree in my blind spot. Finish date was not consistent with regards to progressive app finish date and calibers actual date by one week. Didn’t find out about another week delay till I called Caliber Murrells Inlet, SC the day of slated pickup based on the app Had to get a rental car for 7 additional days. Driver rear panel still indented compared to the passenger rear panel

My wife had an accident while on vacation three hours away from home. Caliber Collision worked with my insurance company and did a great job restoring our Audi to like new condition. All communication was timely and courteous, I can’t think of anything that could have made this situation any better… other than it not to have happened in the first place.

I was pretty stressed out about needing to find a place to fix my car, dealing with the insurance, etc. Justin was amazingly helpful and quick, and I couldn't be happier with the service. If I need this type of service again, I'd defined come back here. The waiting room/lobby was clean and also had a little area for kids to play
