They were excellent. Friendly and accommodating. They thoroughly explained the process and both estimate and final bill details. Austin, who managed my repairs contacted me with regular progress updates. When I picked up my car it had been detailed inside and out making me feel like I was picking up a new car! Couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Austin has been very attentive to my cards needs ever since I dropped it off. He is a great salesman and really keeps you informed as to how the progress of your collision repair is doing. He was able to keep me at ease knowing that this was my first time repairing damages to my car. My insurance was nice enough to cover most of the repairs. I only had to pay a small amount out-of-pocket I would go back to this place time and time again.

Lori and Jody were top notch in communication for keeping me informed about my car. They did everything to get my car in and fixed right away!

Our estimator, Jodi, was prompt and went above and beyond by providing a quote for additional work that wasn’t covered under our claim. Our vehicle was returned on time, in excellent condition, and even with the exterior cleaned - a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. We are very pleased with both their service and the quality of their work.

Loved them. My car was hit I was sad. It looks perfect. Whole experience was perfect . I'm sorry I had attitude for paint wrinkles. It wasn't their fault. I love them they are so kind. Hard to find business that is so loyal and caring. Thank you. Update. I thought the paint didn't take. I went back we looked through all pictures and holy cow I was hit again in exactly the same spot. I was a bit gruff on the phone. Went in again and omg so kind! I'm sorry for getting a little grumpy yesterday! You all are so kind! Offered advice and we all shook hands. Go figure many there worked for Goffs one of the best places to go in the day!
