This marks the second occasion within a five-month period that my vehicle has required significant collision repair, both of which were carried out by Caliber Collision. What a great experience. Super professional, great communication, and most of all, excellent workmanship. The fact that they have a lifetime warranty is fantastic as well. We had both of our vehicles repaired there after my wife backed her brand new one-month old CX 50 into my CX 5. Yes, she felt so bad about it even to the point of tears, but things like this happen and there's a reason we have insurance. At the end of the day, she wasn't hurt and we had everything fixed at Caliber upon a recommendation from our insurance company. What a great recommendation it was. Both vehicles were repaired so well that you cannot tell there was ever any damage. They had to replace the entire rear lift gate on hers and it looks brand new again. I brought my Yukon in and wanted an estimate to get my rear bumper fixed. Dalton was very helpful and got my vehicle in quickly repairs done on a speedy timeline. Savana also was very nice at the front desk. Would highly recommend this shop.
