The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. The repairs needed to be longer than originally anticipated, and the manager walked me through the obstacles to fully explain the wait. The manager even took additional time in our call to discuss auto body as a career path within the company for my high school son who is interested in this field.
Outstanding customer service! So friendly and accommodating.I only dealt with two people there, Riley and the guy behind the counter, but both were great! Kept me up to date with texts throughout the process of fixing my car. Highly recommend!
Seriously, hands down, this place is amazing. First off, the communication is astounding. Ian and Shane kept us updated with the next steps, how everything was going, and EXACTLY what they were going to be doing to my truck. Any questions I asked? Answered. Any worry I had? Gone. My 2025 Ford Maverick needed fixed after someone on a lawnmower shot a rock at it and left a hefty sized ding in the door. Imagine the frustration of buying a brand new car and then that happening to it. I had my doubts because of how deep the ding was and needing new paint. I was so wrong. Mark was phenomenal and clearly takes pride in his work because the work was done so well that I couldn't even remember exactly where the ding was. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys so much!!😊
