From the quiet, ultra clean waiting room with packaged treats for customers throughout the lounge to receptionists' and advisors' amazingly clear explanations, helpful summaries, patient, polite, and professional communication in person and via text, and promises kept and exceeded, I'd be glad to recommend Caliber Collision and especially Tony, my advisor. The car looked great and was turned over to me with all sensors and signals fully intact and tested multiple times. This was an incredibly positive experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had getting a car repaired — hands down. It’s usually a nightmare scenario. My 2015 Kia Forte got rear-ended pretty hard and looked totally cooked when it came in, and I was highly stressed about the situation. From the moment I dropped it off, the team at Collision was incredible. Communication was great, and they gave me exactly what I needed. None of the extra upsell BS. The work itself, I couldn’t have asked for better. It looks good as new. Every panel lines up better than it did from the factory, and they even detailed the entire inside and out as a thank-you. Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle. Sadly, it was broken into and I had to go through my insurance company to get my window replaced.
