Staff were helpful that they even took the initiative of coordinating with the car rental company so that I don't have to wait long. The shop kept me updated with the progress of my repair. The workmanship was good and all my concerns for repair were addressed.

I hit a deer and destroyed the front of my car. The cars a mess but we're ok and so is the deer. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision to do the work. The staff is friendly and professional. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work on their car. Now I wait to get it back. Got my car back on the day they promised in perfect condition. You wouldn't know that I hit anything.

Caliber repaired my front fender and bumper after my car was backed into in a parking lot. They did an excellent job. And they even finished 4 days sooner than they projected. I am very pleased with their service in every way. I hope I never need them again, but It's nice to know they are there, if I do!
