Caliber Collision

My rating is for the staff up front. They were amazing. The lady I dealt with and Bo were great. The work done by the technicians were pretty unsatisfactory. I had taken time off work and drove an hour away twice to have to have them redo work. It was for a cracked fender. The bumper work was fine and satisfactory. The fender repair was done poorly twice and they ended up having to just replace the fender. I understand insurance will only allow so much. But I personally would not have let the car leave with the repair looking the way it did. And after I got home I realized my head light had moisture in it and now will need to have the lens replaced or housing replaced - at the very least it will need to be disassembled and dried out. This was my first ever insurance claim and collision.

The team was great. The front desk lady (cannot recall her name) was super nice and very friendly. She explained everything. Bo, the technician, kept me updated throughout the while process. I received text updates every couple of days. When I picked up my care, it looked great. Bo went over it and explained all the repairs with me. Great experience overall.

I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision Lindsey location (Norman). The staff was super friendly and made everything really easy from start to finish. My car was done faster than I expected, and when I picked it up, it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it—inside and out! The lady at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend for anyone needing car repairs—they truly go above and beyond!

I can't say enough about the entire team at Caliber. From Victoria to Bladen, they could see the pain in my eyes when I had to bring in my fairly new truck after a massive hail storm. The process was super easy and they kept in constant contact on where it was in the process, etc. They literally are some of the nicest people and truly treated it like they said which was "I'll take care of it like it's my own truck." And did they ever. When I got it back I was amazed. Looked like the day it rolled off the lot and there was damage that I thought "No way can they fix that..." Even called to say "Let me keep it one more day so I can detail it for you inside cause it got a bit dusty." Literally felt like I was rolling off the dealership lot.
