Caliber Collision

I highly recommend Caliber Precision of North Fort Myers. The front end replacement and repair work they did for me was perfect, AND they were done in only three days! They had given me an approximate week for the repairs which I thought was fast, and then ended up even beating that. The informative and consistent communication was impressive! Their service from start to finish was exceptional! They even helped coordinate my Enterprise Rental car. Outstanding! I hope I never have to go back for another reason, but I will without hesitation.

I had never used Caliber Collision previously and selected it from options provided by Travelers Insurance. Wow.. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their service and proactive communication. Matt & Erika were very helpful and professional. Repairs were great. All done 3 days earlier than expected. In addition they noticed my left side headlight was out not related to the accident. First offered fix it for literally half what I paid at Firestone for the other only a month prior. When I arrived they said they found a used one and just put in at no charge. Shocked in this day and age that a service provider actually cares about the customer experience! I would highly recommend the and my grade for Caliber Collision is A++ a 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Customer service was great in the beginning until it wasn’t. I’m not sure how this happened, but it happened on their time. My window had a crack on it that wasn’t there before. They were trying to lie to me saying it was, when i took pictures right before dropping my car off. Completely dismissed me. They never once offered to fix it, they just let me go without feeling sorry. I had to go get it fixed on my own, something they OBVIOUSLY couldn’t afford to do.

We were very happy with both the speed and the work that Caliber did. My car's front end had to be completely redone. You can't see where repairs began and then blended in to the old paint job AND I got my car back a week and 2 days from their original estimate. We are very pleased with the work and hopefully I won't need to return but I absolutely would if I had another accident.

I was recommended to Caliber Collision by two separate people so my expectations were high. My expectations were exceeded. The staff were informative, kind, and helpful. My car was done quickly and I was updated often through text. My car looked great and even the inside was cleaned. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here.
