I’m beyond impressed with the service I received! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, honest, and truly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could actually understand. The repairs were done quickly and the quality of the work was outstanding. It’s hard to find a shop you can fully trust, but this place absolutely earned it. Josue was my main point of contact and I am extremely pleased with his customer service! If you needed a sign to go with this shop, take this as that sign!

Randy and his team were incredible. It's a pain when you're in a car accident but Randy and his team took care of my car and handled the hassles of dealing with the insurer of the person who hit me. The vehicle is as good as new and it was ready well before the estimate of time. But what really sets Randy and his team apart is the care they took after the vehicle had been repaired but an error message started showing in the dash lights. Randy towed the car back to the shop from where I had to stop and had a specialist come and check the vehicle to determine whether the repair had caused the fault or it was a coincidence. I had an unfortunate attempt break in to my car during a few rainy days in LA and the people that did it damaged pretty bad my windows and metal plating. I was able to contact my insurance and this location was vetted as a location my insurance has worked with. I went with them and I was so happy. Both Josue and the lady in the office were so kind and communicative with me from start to finish. They were honest about every step and also the difficulty to find the items my car needed. Thankfully, he was able to find it out of state and kept me in the loop. Long story short, we thought it would take an extra amount of days but the piece came in a day or two later from when he finally found it! I was able to get my car back earlier than my timeline date and I was so happy with the results.
