Samuel was the best! He kept me updated and was very informative. He made the process bearable and was more helpful than my insurance company was. 10/10 would go back to Caliber if I ever need anything else done.

I utilize the Northport, Alabama location my insurance company doesn't write insurance for Alabama and it was amazed to get through with very little help even from my carrier or my insurance agent. The individual that I worked with at this location was outstanding to say the least! he was proactive communicated, took pride in what he did to make sure that my daughter's vehicle was safe to drive. Everyone should have an employee like this individual. I would highly recommend this company as if they train their employees to have this much consideration and care then I would trust them with a repair.
