Caliber Collision

I've had my Altima since it was brand new off the car lot. I was heartbroken when it became damaged. I know it is an inanimate object but she has a name, Midnight. Midnight has been driven by me taking my family including pets across the country to West Virginia, Ohio, and New Mexico including Route 66 thru Tucumcari safely for almost 200,000 miles of travel. I'm glad that she was in good hands with Caliber Collision and Danny who restored her to her former good looks. The paint looks great and the panels line up perfect and my collision sensors are recalibrated. My windshield washer fluid is back in, shields and seals in place, and turn signals back in working order. It looks like it was never hurt to begin with. wonderful staff here that does wonderful work. they gave me a ride when there was a miscommunication with when my car would be done (*i* preemptively dropped my rental car off before knowing my car was ready), and they did everything in their power to make up for it. gave me a ride back to the rental place, reduced my deductible, and made sure my car would be done in 2 days, which is was! new parts had to come in, so the timeline was reasonable. ALL staff was personable and kind. I work with horses, and my car was pretty dirty inside. they gave it a full inside clean as well as outside before I picked it up. its as clean as when I drove it off the lot! I really appreciate the work they have done.
