I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The entire team was professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything clearly while delivering exactly what they promised. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my vehicle looks great and was completed on time. It is clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress free they made the entire experience.

Brought my 2022 RAV4 in for some hail damage repair, they fixed the hail damage but left the interior a complete mess , with black finger prints and bondo dust throughout the vehicle. My interior is a light grey so it’s pretty much ruined.

Caliber collision on 45th St. has disappointed really disappointed me. It’s saddens me because the guy who worked on it. Josh was great, but what saddens me is that after picking up my vehicle, they had mentioned that my battery was not charging right after having my car a few weeks later just to repair the bumper and the hood so when I picked it up, they had mentioned that the key fob had broken, which led them. I guess to try to reprogram it, whoever they had reprogram the key did not work. Start my car because they triple charge my battery when I came home thank God I got home safe but when I got home and left me stranded😩🥲 one thing led to another so I called them and they said that it might be the battery so I got a mechanic out. He said OK well, let’s get a new battery. No codes were
