Caliber Collision

I'm disheartened to see such amazing reviews and to be treated so poorly by Jessica at Caliber Collision. I am a terminally ill customer that was in for an estimate October 9th. I was told by Jessica the estimate would take 24 hours. It took weeks. After the estimate reached my insurance, I had questions. I called weekly asking for a call back. Devin assured me, each call, that I would get a call back. Never did get a call. January, I contacted my insurance agent. He got reassured I would get a call. Still no call back. I'm getting calls from the call center to make my, way over due, appointment. Which, I don't want to make without my questions being answered along with an explanation as to why I'm receiving this unacceptable communication. I'm not a difficult person. I shouldn't

My situation was complicated and involved delays outside of anyone’s control, yet the staff at Caliber were consistently understanding, communicative, and incredibly patient while waiting for insurance authorization. They never pressured me, kept me informed every step of the way, and showed genuine care for my situation. Great shop. Communication was top notch and friendly associates. My car came back with superior body work done, clean and detailed. I can't say enough positive things. Highly recommend.

Kayla was most polite and professional. She got us in and out within 35 minutes. She gave us a briefing at orientation of auto expect in the future. The paperwork was quite smooth. The substitute substitute Rental car was there. Additionally, we registered for text alerts also. Since my wife had hit a deer and the hood got bent and the quarter panel needed to be replaced, we had to move everything that was in my wife’s SUV into the rental car. That might seem like a small easy task, but she has all kinds of emergency supplies in the car. These folks were most patient and accommodated.
