Excellent service and quality repair. They had a rental car there for me when I dropped my car off, and then brought my car to the rental place so it would be there when I returned the rental. The staff in office were so kind and communicated so well, plus they had a nice coffee setup and fresh popcorn. And they cleaned my car inside and out—it looked like it was detailed! I am a very satisfied customer and will choose them again if ever needed!

Excellent experience! Caliber Collision kept us informed every step of the way. After the hail storm March of 2025, eight of our fleet vehicles were in need of repairs. We have a body repair shop right across the street from our business. We TRIED to use them for body repair first. It was like pulling teeth just to get an estimate on the repairs. We were finally able to send one truck there after calling repeatedly. Then it sat in their yard for 36 days totally untouched, unmoved. I know this because we have trackers. Once we finally got it back we said NO MORE! All the body shops were overrun at this time due to the storm but we have had them all taken care of between Caliber Collision in Owensboro & in Evansville. Upon completion, the vehicle was returned in excellent condition. The team at Caliber Collision was kind, understanding, and highly professional. Excellent service! A minor collision with a curb had ruined a wheel and bent my fender in such a way that the passenger side door was stuck shut. I’d already gotten everything else fixed and my alignment was good - just came in to get an estimate on getting my fender fixed so I could open the door again. Once I told them this, they said that rather than spend thousands on a like-new fix, they could just readjust my door so it could be opened — and they did it for FREE. Had me in and out in under 30 minutes! Shout out to Matt for getting the job done, and to Amanda, Shawn and Jessie for their excellent customer service!
