The service here is exceptional. From the moment I made my appointment online to the moment I picked up my vehicle, every single employee I encountered was so helpful and nice. When I dropped my vehicle off, they offered me a ride to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. I had the pleasure of working with Heather and she was so informative and helpful. I got Progress updates from her throughout the whole process via text, which is what I prefer. The work was finished much faster than anticipated, a week ahead of schedule. I brought my Pathfinder in for body work. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as well as the other staff. Julian was assigned to me and he was great with communicating with me about the progress of the repair. My doors came back looking better than when I bought the car! I was surprised when I received my car back that it was vacuumed and washed! Awesome! (Oxon Hill office)

From mid November to the very end of December in 2024 our Grand Jeep Cherokee was taken to the shop after an accident that knocked my grill in which also jammed the passenger door. They had to completely take apart my car for repairs. Since then several parts are hanging off, it looks like there weren’t screwed in securely and no, I’ve not been bumped, side swiped or anything. I’ve had to now tape pieces together which looks crazy. My car was in the shop for over a month and this was the result. The same exact parts are hanging off BOTH of my back doors and there’s a part hanging off the front as well. You can see the parts itself are in perfect condition, not a single scratch nor bump, they just aren’t securely fastened!

From the first call to picking up my vehicle, I highly recommend the Oxon Hill location. Jesenia and JoAnna were so kindhearted and very helpful. I had a reservation with Enterprise up the road but somehow they didn't have a vehicle for me. It was right before the Thanksgiving holiday and the ladies immediately started making calls to get things sorted for me. While they were making calls, Julian Christian took me outside to look over the damage to my vehicle. He was very sweet and answered all of my questions. He told me that he would be in constant communication with me and he was, right up until the very end. He made sure that I understood everything that was happening step by step.
