Customer Service was great. Text updates on progress were informative. Work was completed 2 days before the estimated complete date. Car was returned looking like new with inside being cleaned and detailed. Looking at vehicle you can not that body work was done.

Took my car Caluber Collision through my insurance company. But I am very happy with service, staff and work they have done on my car. I accidentally came to wrong location, but they took care of my car right away with mo issues, even called for me rental car to ouck me up. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this place 100%. Amazing job on my Corvette! Had an accident that broke my fender and rocker panel. Whenever in an accident worried new parts won’t match but looks good as new in all aspects from paint to fitment! Will definitely always be coming here for all body work! Everyone was also very helpful in the process keeping me updated and got the car back in time for my trip I had mentioned to them! I'm extremely particular when it comes to my Jeep. And Im glad that I brought it to Caliber Collision in Palos Hills. I meet Kristopher, manager of the store. He was very professional, knowledge, and throughout. He went above and beyond, so I knew exactly what was going to be done. Antonia, my adjuster, was extremely friendly and professional. She kept me updated during the whole process. My repairs were completed a week earlier than expected. What surprised me the the most when I picked up is that the manager himself was washing and cleaning my car because their detailer had the day off.
